Each year, the Evening with Friends is an opportunity to gather as a community to celebrate the prior year’s grantees, the incredible impact they made within the community, and the generous donors who make such work possible, year after year.
Donors and grantees alike gather to share a meal, conversation and their love for the city of Shoreview and all the people therein.
Host a Table
This year we invite all members, past and present, to help us build our funds and offset the event's costs by sponsoring a table at The Evening With Friends for $400.00.
Benefits of sponsoring a table (or multiple tables) at EWF:
Your sponsorship will help offset the cost of the event, which will increase our ability to grant to more organizations in need.
Your name(s) will be listed on the table as a sponsor.
The seating arrangement at your table will be your choice (just let us know the names of attendees). There is seating for a maximum of 8 people at each table. If you wish to sponsor an open table (open seating) please let us know and we will add attendees that have RSVP'd individually.
If you choose to sponsor a table, please submit your check for $400 to The Shoreview Community Foundation, “EWF Table sponsorship” in the memo line. With your check, please list the attendees you choose to host at your table (first & last names can be submitted/emailed no later than April 15th). This information can be mailed to:
